Digital delivery and eligibility
The Isle Cheat licenses deliver digitally after payment confirmation. Because access begins immediately, refunds are limited to cases outlined below.
Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason.
Keep your checkout receipt — Support uses it to verify delivery before any refund review.
When refunds may be approved
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or technical activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.
Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in license revocation. See also Terms of Use.
Successful activation, change of mind after delivery, or game bans from your own use are generally not refundable.
How to request a refund
Use the Support page with subject "Refund Request", your order ID, purchase date, and issue summary.
Approved refunds process back to the original payment method when possible. Pricing details live on Pricing.
Chargebacks without contacting support first may void license access while the case is reviewed.
